The SteadyStars platform operates as a standalone application but is supported and powered by HeyWe Brands LLC, which acts as our technology infrastructure partner.
SteadyStars offers a 30-day free trial for new outlet accounts. Upon completion of the 30-day free trial, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription plan billed at $30 per month. All account management, subscription tracking, and billing processes are handled securely through our administrative portal, The Helm.
Please note that because we leverage the HeyWe Brands LLC infrastructure, your credit card statements and automated system notifications related to billing will reflect charges from "HeyWe Brands LLC / SteadyStars." By providing your payment information, you authorize these recurring charges until your account is canceled.
SteadyStars provides a gamified competition engine designed to track genuine staff mentions in customer reviews and accurately attribute customer opt-ins. You agree not to manipulate, game, or artificially inflate leaderboard points, review mentions, or staff statistics.
This includes, but is not limited to, submitting fraudulent Google reviews, automating artificial customer opt-ins, or using the platform to generate deceptive point accruals.
Account access is strictly governed by role-based privacy rules deployed across distinct sub-accounts. Staff members are granted access to specific landing pages, QR codes, and personal communication threads.
Any attempt to bypass these security protocols—such as a staff member attempting to view another staff member's customer communication threads or a user claiming a staff profile without proper phone and email verification—is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the outlet's sub-account.
